Enhancements

Some client treatment plans call for measuring skill acquisition using interval recording or duration which are currently only options under behavior tracking. It would be great to see frequency, duration and rate as measurement options under skill acquisition programs instead of just for tracking behaviors.

The ability to see a grand total row for time worked and units of service on timesheet space. This allows users to disseminate data quickly without downloading the file to calculate or doing manual calculations.

Require clinician approval before a session note can be finalized. Notification for clinician to review final note once staff submits note post sessionl.

Pre-populating the Program card names that were used in session as well as percentages that Client received during session in the session note, rather than User having to type out that information would help to save time and improve efficiency.

Currently unable to copy any text from a session note to include in reporting.

An icon that says "Hold" or the pause symbol " || " on each program card within the client's treatment plan that cause the card to be grayed out once selected. This way the program remains in the client's treatment plan and can be taken off hold at a later date. This gives users the option to discontinue a program or to put it on hold temporarily. There are programs that don't fit a client's current needs but will as the client makes progress over time. Users would have the ability to move these programs out of the treatment plan that appears in the Plan screen when conducting a session without deleting the program entirely.

Users would like the ability to create custom positions as selectable options when creating new staff profiles. Currently, Clinicians, Technicians, and Admin Assistants do not encompass the variety of roles within a clinic/organization.

The ability for users to comment on individual program targets while collecting data in session in the data collection screen. An optional free text field for each target allows therapists to give feedback in the moment rather than waiting to add in additional notes in the session recap screen.

Currently users can only record frequency for a behavior by clicking on the plus sign indicator in the data collection screen. Sometimes our techs use a clicker in-hand to record behaviors. This allows them to keep their eyes on the client while counting behavior occurrences. An option to manually enter in the number of occurrences or frequency would be very helpful instead of having to click on screen and watch the client simultaneously.

An admin should have the ability to view which techs ran sessions, programs or tracked behaviors within a graph. This will assist the clinician in identifying trends with certain staff working with clients. The ability to differentiate data based on who’s implementing the treatment plan, separate/review data points by tech, to view data based on time of day that data was collected
