With 2 out of 3 clients I am trying to schedule on 12/8, I am getting an error message repeating. Please see attached screen shot of the issue. This is occurring on chrome.

We are unable to get any program to pull up when we use the tag filters even though we have confirmed that they have the correct tag. We are using Chome

The app is freezing all over the place and is unusable this afternoon. Tried to finalize a session and it will freeze. Attempted to use the desktop and it says no organization associated. Cannot collect data.

I no longer see the graphs/data tab on any of the clients treatment plan. Tried on both iPad and IPhone.

Using a Samsung Fold 4, I try to create a new program via adding a program name and the app auto crashes.

Screen is freezing not allowing me to go anywhere else or select any thing, it is lagging with delay on entry after I do select anything.

Notification badge will not go away. I’ve marked all notifications unread but I can’t get this off the app icon. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again but the notification remains on there.

When navigating from the data collection screen to the scheduling tab, tech was prompted to start a new session and earlier data from the session disappeared (but still available in client summary graphs). However, now the supervision note and direct therapy note are not aligned in the session recap.

Vanessa reports that targets for one specific trial by trial program for a particular client have disappeared from the program card but are showing for her when she is collecting data but won't show for other therapists assigned to that client when they are collecting data.
