Using a Samsung Fold 4, I try to create a new program via adding a program name and the app auto crashes.

Screen is freezing not allowing me to go anywhere else or select any thing, it is lagging with delay on entry after I do select anything.

Vanessa reports that targets for one specific trial by trial program for a particular client have disappeared from the program card but are showing for her when she is collecting data but won't show for other therapists assigned to that client when they are collecting data.
