Jessica Padover Is the issue at present simply that you (the scheduler) might adjust an appointment despite the appointment having already been started (data collected) by one of your technicians?

Fergus Moynihan: Hi Fergus, Yes in this instance I adjusted a previous session's time from the scheduling tab (it ended 30 min earlier than usual), but the note was not yet complete so it was still marked as "in progress" when I adjusted the times.
