Currently a Member can make themselves an Admin. This should not be an option. Admins may choose a role but Members should not see the dropdown.

Multiple users have reported the FINISHED option that appears next to the ABC Data when Recording data for Behavior Tracking programs in the data collection screen is not obvious. Users do not realize it's an option to close out the ABC options. Could we create a colored box around the word and possibly change the verbiage to EXIT or DONE or NEXT so users know they can select that function and effectively close out the ABC Data options.

Allow user to change appointment date/time without dragging and dropping. Editing within the appointment field. (ex: guardian contacts stating they cant make next weeks session. Need to move to the week after)

Currently the Reports space contains a long, continuous list of reports that needs to be organized by program type or progress. This could be preset by Raven or customizable by user to allow them to deselect programs they don't wish to view at that moment. The carrot icon doesn't shrink the report when you click it unless you press the space bar on the keyboard.

The ability to track environmental factors within graphs and reporting. This would be data that overlays with the data collected in session. Environmental factors may include: changes in staff, medication, sleep habits, diet and allergies. Within the client profile another tab should exist for client notes, including environmental factor changes. Users should be able to navigate to a free text field where they can enter details about the environmental factor change, as well as the date the change occurred. This date should create a phase change line in the graphing/reports for the client. When the user hovers over the line in the graph they should be able to read the details inputted by the user in the previously mentioned free text field. Users should have the option to hide phase change lines in the graphs if they want as well.

As a User, it would be useful to be able to modify the number of Trials in the Trials by Trials Programs

Users should have the ability to click on any time slot in the schedule calendar and add in an appointment, and drag and drop scheduled appointments to other time slots in the same way Outlook or Google Calendar functions.

The prepopulated program templates are not functional. When adding or deleting a step/target you cannot add in, reorder or edit the steps. The ability to add in/reorder and edit is crucial to making the program templates functional, otherwise the user must just create programs from scratch each time they want to create a program which takes up way too much time. You have to delete and recreate the step if there is a mistake which is inefficient and time consuming.
