The ability to track environmental factors within graphs and reporting. This would be data that overlays with the data collected in session. Environmental factors may include: changes in staff, medication, sleep habits, diet and allergies. Within the client profile another tab should exist for client notes, including environmental factor changes. Users should be able to navigate to a free text field where they can enter details about the environmental factor change, as well as the date the change occurred. This date should create a phase change line in the graphing/reports for the client. When the user hovers over the line in the graph they should be able to read the details inputted by the user in the previously mentioned free text field. Users should have the option to hide phase change lines in the graphs if they want as well.
