Insurance authorizes a set amount of billable units for a Client undergoing ABA therapy. Can Raven track how many units a Client has and how many each session uses to prevent overscheduling a Client with sessions that won’t be covered. In the Rethink competitor software our Partner currently uses, under ‘Authorizations’ a provider can view the authorized number of billable units per Client. The provider can view how many units are approved and how many hours/units are scheduled for that Client. One unit is 15 minutes.
