Users should receive an email the day before outlining upcoming sessions they have the following day. They should also be able to set notification emails for upcoming sessions throughout the day - perhaps 2-3 hours before each session. Admins should also have the option to receive daily emails outlining upcoming sessions the following day for all Staff.
